Outdoor Group Fitness Training

Join a group of friendly, like-minded women in a beautiful outdoor setting where you'll focus on general fitness or a particular goal. Every session is different so you'll get a good overall workout each time. You can also bring your children if you're happy to keep an eye on them.

Session Times:

All classes held at Plateau Park, Collaroy Plateau unless otherwise notified.
Class duration - 45 minutes.

One-on-One Personal Training

Gain the advantage of a one-on-one personal training session with Liz where you can focus on your own particular fitness goal and benefit from her extensive knowledge and experience.

Running Coaching

Liz is an experienced runner with fun runs, half-marathons and a marathon under her belt. Liz can devise a running plan for you and motivate you to reach your running goal, whatever it may be.
